PSI 342 PMI

The 342 PMI is our basic manual system with no data handling (no X-Y co-ordinate system). If you don’t often re-examine defects at specific locations, this model is ideal. It is very low-priced, it offers the ability to push or pull the stage manually to the proper area, and with the 50X objective, it can be used to locate sub-micron defects.
