PSI 462 PMI

The 462 PMI is a manual station for mask reticles up to 9" similar to the 342 PMI, though the 462 has an X-Y readout for easy relocation of the defect on the mask.

Technical Specifications:

  • Mask reticle sizes: 4" (101.6mm) to 9" (228.6 mm) with or without pellicle

  • 4 illumination systems combined for 8 illumination modes

  • Standard configuration: 10X eyepieces, 2X, 10X objectives

  • Recommended options: 50X objective and mask paddle

  • Cleanroom Compatible

  • Station Dimensions: W 20" X D 20" X H 18"
