High Frequency Probes, Fixed Tip: DC to
3GHz
 Model 44
Series
The 44 Series of PSI Probe Holders' two most salient features
consist of a wide frequency range of probing (from DC to 3GHz) and
a wide range of cable connector choices. Its design provides for
close proximity placement to other probes where and when desired,
which are outstanding features provided in an off-the-shelf probe
holder.
The 44 comes in
two shaft configurations: the 44-100, which is a straight shaft,
and the 44-400, which has a bent shaft for probing inside a probe
card window or for placing the tip lower and closer to the
DUT.
 As a matter of
general information, a number of letter designators are used in
the makeup of a Model 44 family probe that inform the user for
which application the model was design-optimized for. All Model 44
probes are coaxial and are either single probe tip or dual
(Kelvin) probe tip designs.
