PSI 100 Manual
Analytical Probe Station
The PSI 100 is
the smallest, lowest-cost and most basic of the PSI Manual
Analytical Probe Stations.
This is the most
powerful, smallest space-saving probing tool available in the
industry, offering the best return per dollar invested available
in a general purpose lab probe station operating in the 5 mill to
5 micron design feature size probing. The PSI100 operates without
a platen by providing its chuck and manipulators on vacuum
pedestals, as it does for all of its varied specialized sample
holders. This station can be configured to probe from DC to
Microwave frequencies, or used for biomedical probing. The station
can accommodate semiconductor wafers from 1.5" to 6" in
size on its 6" vacuum
chuck surface. The PSI 100
station’s economic footprint of 14" (36 cm) wide x 16.5" (42 cm) deep x 18.5" (47 cm)
high make it the ideal choice of a university or small industrial
research lab where facility space is at a premium.
